Lady Gaga reveals Austria show

Pop sensation Lady Gaga is to perform in Vienna, it was revealed today. The singer, who is regarded as Madonna’s only true successor, will perform at the Gasometer concert hall on 22 July.

The 23-year-old’s song "Poker Face" has topped the Austrian single charts for nine weeks.

All 28 US concerts of the sexy singer’s "The Fame Ball Show" tour sold out within just a few hours.

Tickets for the Vienna slot at the 4,000-capacity venue will go on sale Monday morning (9am) on www.oeticket.com (+43 1 96 0 96 – 888). Organisers Skalar Music are expecting huge demand for tickets and say they are prepared to relocate the gig to the capital’s biggest indoor venue – the 13,000-capacity Stadthalle.
